The Russian newspaper Izvestia reports the Russian Duma is drafting amendments to the criminal code that will allow the Putin government to prosecute journalists as terrorists.

The law will establish administrative and criminal liability for media executives who “allow publication of false anti-Russian information, provide information and support to extremist anti-Russian separatist forces, including the reflection of events beyond the borders of Russia,” a reference to events in Ukraine and Crimea.

Izvestia, the former newspaper of record in the Soviet Union, reports the amendments were drafted after journalists “admitted incorrect historical analogies and interpretation of events in Russia and the Ukraine coup.”

State Duma deputy Yevgeny Fyodorov said he wanted “to amend the Criminal Code and Administrative Code and the law on combating extremism and terrorism” in response to a “number of crimes against the state [by] media professionals aimed at supporting terrorism, intervention, separatism and genocide.”

In addition, according to Fyodorov, the amendments will cover “articles about espionage, treason, armed rebellion” and punish journalists allegedly “inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity.”

Nikolai Svanidze, head of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on International Relations and Freedom of Conscience, said the proposed law is an attempt to shut down criticism of parliamentarians. Svanidze explained freedom of speech is guaranteed by article 29 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

In 2013, Russian authorities arrested former Mirror journalist Kieron Bryan during a Greenpeace demonstration opposing an Arctic offshore oil rig owned by the Russian energy company Gazprom.Activists and two journalists were initially charged with piracy. The charges were latter changed to hooliganism.

In February, political allies of Russian President Vladimir Putin demanded an apology from writerViktor Shenderovich. The satirist drew a comparison between the Sochi Winter Olympics and the 1936 Berlin games. Hitler had exploited the games for propaganda and to present the Nazi regime in a favorable light.

Shenderovich compared a 15-year-old Russian figure skater, Yulia Lipnitskaya, to Hans Woellke, a German athlete who won the gold medal in the shot put competition at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, Germany. Delivered by The Daily Sheeple

The Military Religious Freedom Foundation is calling on the USAF to enforce a regulation that they believe calls for the court martial of any service member caught proselytizing.

Jewish President Mikey Weinstein and others from his organization met privately with Pentagon officials on April 23. He said U.S. troops who proselytize ["share their Christian faith with others"] are guilty of sedition and treason and should be punished – by the hundreds if necessary – to stave off what he called a “tidal wave of fundamentalists.”

“Someone needs to be punished for this,” Weinstein told Fox News. “Until the Air Force or Army or Navy or Marine Corps punishes a member of the military for unconstitutional religious proselytizing and oppression, we will never have the ability to stop this horrible, horrendous, dehumanizing behavior.”(???)

The above vitriolic diatribe, Orwellian doublespeak, and rants of Jew Mickey Weinstein are evidently a direct product of the message of the Jewish Talmud, which viciously slanders, insults and attacks Jesus Christ and Christianity. The Talmud and many other rabbinical scholars teach that Jews should ultimately kill Christians, and that Jesus Christ is boiling in His own excrement in hell eternally.

Mikey, I am sorry if you do not appreciate America's Constitution, religious freedom and freedom of speech in America or in the US military. However, you are welcome to leave this nation if you do not like America's cherished religious freedom and freedom of speech, including in the US military. 

Perhaps Israel is a great place for you to make aliyah to, because this is the Jewish homeland, and they certainly restrict Christian religious freedom to PROSELYTIZE. You would find your own kind there, and certainly be happy at last. 

BUT America was founded to be "ONE NATION UNDER GOD." My Christian ancestors helped to found this nation, with a major purpose of enjoying unrestricted RELIGIOUS FREEDOM from tyranny and oppression. FREEDOM OF SPEECH is guaranteed under our First Amendment rights. 

Therefore, don't tamper with our religious freedoms in my nation. Please consider taking your religious bias and prejudices against Christianity with you out of America, if you don't like our religious freedoms. Enjoy Israel! Or enjoy a communist country where Christianity is persecuted, restricted, and Christians cannot freely share the Gospel of Christ Jesus.

Personally, in 42 years of being a Christian, I have suffered the loss of many jobs, due to refusing to remain silent about my Christian faith on the job. I knew the commands of Jesus to confess Him before men, and I lived by His commandments. God did not call me to remain silent about Jesus and salvation, as souls all around me perish in sin.

So many people have come to Jesus Christ through my witness throughout the years. Did I ever suffer for my testimony of Jesus to others? Yes, many times. I have even faced death for my testimony of Jesus, right here in our nation. But this is the cost of true discipleship. And the salvation of EVEN ONE soul is WORTH IT ALL!

Listen to what Jesus said about becoming HIS true followers that will inherit eternal life:

"If ANY MAN would come after Me, let him deny himself, embrace the cross, and FOLLOW ME. For whosoever would seek to preserve his life in this world, the same shall lose it."

Well, I was prepared for your show to listen at the Marriott La Jolla.  Meeting started at 9 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. went to the Business Office and set up my computer.  Could not connect with inter net - so used their computer.  I had to Google  BBSradio.com and up you popped.

Hit the enter key - your program started  -  shortly after it was clicked off - strange as I thought I had a good connection with the Marriott's computer.  Went again to BBSradio.com -  clicked - listened 4 minutes - CLICK  OFF  -  what flashed in the box was   

ALERT - 

ACCESS HAS BEEN DENIED AS VERBIAGE 

COULD BE DANGEROUS TO YOUNG PUBLIC.

Well, could you believe that !!   I went to another computer - signed in on bbsradio.com  and 4 minutes later got CLICKED off again - same words  -  (curious me I timed the minutes)

They must have some kind of a monitoring system to listen to certain words on your program.  Pamela was a repeat speaker and talked about the concentration camps, her father in the Pentagon - so these words must have been "key words" as if I was listening to some sabotage - 

You have predicted that this is what government is going to be doing to us - monitor our every word - etc.   very dangerous times as Pamela says.

Irony is defined as "the use of words to convey a meaning that is the opposite of its literal meaning." The term doublespeak means "evasive, ambiguous language that is intended to deceive or confuse."

There is perhaps no greater example of ironic doublespeak than inclusion of the phrase "civil liberties" within the inapt designation: "American Civil Liberties Union."

Indeed, few leftist organizations in existence today can compete with the ACLU in terms of demonstrated hostility toward what the Declaration of Independence describes as "certain unalienable rights" with which Americans are "endowed by their Creator."

Consider the doublespeak inherent throughout the "progressive" Goliath's flowery self-representation:

"The ACLU is our nation's guardian of liberty, working daily in courts, legislatures and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties that the Constitution and laws of the United States guarantee everyone in this country."

Now contrast that depiction with ACLU founder Roger Baldwin's candid vision:

"I am for socialism, disarmament, and, ultimately, for abolishing the state itself... I seek the social ownership of property, the abolition of the propertied class, and the sole control of those who produce wealth."

"Communism is the goal."

Ironic, isn't it? So much for "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." By combining straightforward segments from each ACLU rendering we arrive with an accurate portrayal. One that cuts through the doublespeak:

The ACLU is...working daily in courts, legislatures and communities. Communism is the goal.

In 1931, just eleven years after the ACLU's inception, the US Congress convened a Special House Committee to Investigate Communist Activities. On the ACLU it reported:

The American Civil Liberties Union is closely affiliated with the communist movement in the United States, and fully 90 percent of its efforts are on behalf of communists who have come into conflict with the law. It claims to stand for free speech, free press and free assembly, but it is quite apparent that the main function of the ACLU is an attempt to protect the communists.

To be sure, the "main function of the ACLU" is entirely counter-constitutional.

A shared objective between both Communism generally, and the ACLU specifically is the suppression of religious liberty; principally, the free exercise of Christianity.

Karl Marx, high priest of the ACLU's beloved cult of Communism, once said: "The first requisite for the happiness of the people is the abolition of religion."

Even the ACLU's own promotional materials overtly advocate religious discrimination: "The message of the Establishment Clause is that religious activities must be treated differently from other activities to ensure against governmental support for religion."

Utter hokum.

The First Amendment's Establishment Clause -- a mere 10 words -- says nothing of the sort. Its message is abundantly clear, requiring severe distortion to stuff within the ACLU's Marxist parameters. It merely states: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion..." That's it.

Now let's break it down. What do you suppose the Framers of the US Constitution -- a document expressly designed to limit the powers of federal government -- intended with the word "Congress"? Did they mean State government? Municipal government? Your local school district? Your third grade teacher?

Of course not. They meant exactly what they said: Congress. As in: The United States Congress! It takes someone with a distinctly disingenuous ulterior motive to derive anything else.

Now what did they mean by "...shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion?"

Well, in a letter to Benjamin Rush, a fellow-signer of the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson -- often touted by the left as the great church-state separationst -- answered that question. The First Amendment's Establishment Clause was singularly intended to restrict Congress from affirmatively "establishing," through federal legislation, a national Christian denomination (similar to the Anglican Church of England).

Or, as Jefferson put it: "[T]he clause of the Constitution" covering "freedom of religion" was intended to necessarily preclude "an establishment of a particular form of Christianity through the United States."

How far removed we are today from the original intent of our Founding Fathers. The ACLU is largely responsible for creating the gulf between the Constitution's original construction and its modern misapplication.

The ACLU remains one of America's most powerful secular-socialist political pressure groups. It relentlessly tramples underfoot the First Amendment, which guarantees sweeping and absolute liberty for all Americans -- including government employees -- to freely exercise their faith both publicly and privately without fear of reprisal: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."

Examples of its constitutional abuses are manifold, but one of the most recent involves an ACLU assault against a group of Christians in Santa Rosa County, FL. Liberty Counsel represents those Christians.

An ACLU-crafted Consent Decree has been used as a weapon to threaten school district employees with fines and jail time for merely praying over a meal, and for exercising -- even while away from school -- their sincerely held Christian faith. You read that right. The ACLU is literally seeking to criminalize Christianity.

In August of 2009, Liberty Counsel successfully defended staff member Michelle Winkler from contempt charges brought by the ACLU after her husband, who is not even employed by the district, offered a meal prayer at a privately sponsored event in a neighboring county.

Liberty Counsel also successfully defended Pace High School Principal Frank Lay and Athletic Director Robert Freeman against criminal contempt charges, after the ACLU sought to have the men thrown in jail for blessing a lunch meal served to about 20 adult booster club members.

Under the Consent Decree teachers are considered to be acting in their "official capacity" anytime a student is present, even at private functions off campus.

Liberty Counsel describes this unconstitutional decree:

Teachers cannot pray, bow their heads, or fold their hands to show agreement with anyone who does pray. Teachers and staff cannot 'Reply' to an email sent by a parent if the parent's email refers to God or Scripture. Teachers either have to delete such references from the original email or reply by initiating a new email. Teachers and staff are also required to stop students from praying in their own private club meetings.

During witness testimony, Mrs. Winkler sobbed as she described how she and a coworker, who had recently lost a child, literally had to hide in a closet to pray.

Although the case continues, on Monday the ACLU suffered a tremendous setback while freedom took a significant step forward. Federal District Court Judge M. Casey Rodgers granted in part a Preliminary Injunction in favor of Liberty Counsel's twenty-four Christian clients.

Judge Rodgers concluded that even though "a preliminary injunction is an extraordinary and drastic remedy," one aspect of the Consent Decree -- its attempt to prohibit school employees from fully participating in private religious events -- is so flawed that it must be immediately halted.

The Court thus enjoined the School Board "from enforcing any school policy that restrains in any way an employee's participation in, or speech or conduct during, a private religious service, including baccalaureate" pending a trial on the merits.

"Progressives" are nothing if not consistent. As they gain confidence, they invariably rush across that bridge too far. They engage wild-eyed efforts to "fundamentally transform America" to reflect their own secular-socialist self-image.

I'm certain that both the bare-knuckle spirit of the American people and Liberty Counsel's enduring 92 percent win record against the ACLU will maintain a durable safeguard - an "impenetrable wall of separation" if you will - between our constitutionally guaranteed liberties and a subversive "progressive" agenda built upon the distinctly un-American creed: "Communism is the goal."

DHS Threatens Christian Lecturer at Bible College

Well, fellow Christians and American Patriots, what did I try to tell you? The NWO agenda for America is essentially a Marxist/Communist agenda (not to mention satanist), filled with hatred for the American Constitution, and for Christians as well. Students in Communist countries are traditionally taught to spit on the American Constitution. 

I actually laughed sarcastically when I read the part about the DHS person threatening to have "HIS HEAD ON A SILVER PLATTER" [him beheaded in other words] and the director of the college as well, if he continued to teach such things. 

Oh My GOSH! What a terrible thing for him to teach to young Americans! To DARE to teach them about our noble American heritage and Constitution and Bill of Rights! 

OFF WITH HIS HEAD! OFF WITH HIS HEAD!

Hmm..do you think that somehow the DHS knows all about the secret MILITARY GUILLOTINES that they plan to use  to behead CHRISTIANS who reject the NWO under martial law???

On the Alex Jones Show today, a Bible student at a large Christian college in Mount Vernon, Texas, related a story of intimidation as Department of Homeland Security goons dressed in black accused him of engaging in terrorism for teaching a group of Boy Scouts about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The student and interim pastor, going by the name “Jeff,” told Alex Jones he was assigned last September the task of talking to a group of Boy Scouts, specifically concerning “Americanism” in higher education. 

Jeff told the boys they need to “reorient” themselves to the Constitution because such knowledge will “make or break the country.”

After tutoring the boys, Jeff was called into the university president’s office. There he was confronted by a “man in black” wearing sunglasses from the Department of Homeland Security who was accompanied by another federal official in a gray suit. 

In addition, state police were present during the interrogation and Jeff was told the FBI were also involved. Jeff was informed “every word” of his conversation with the Boy Scouts was recorded and he had a transcript of the conversation. 

Jeff’s talk was, the DHS official in a gray suit declared, “terror and espionage” and if he continued to engage in such behavior he would be arrested and “we can have your head on a silver platter.” Moreover, the feds threatened to intervene in the process of the college’s accreditation, a threat that apparently disturbed a “high level university official,” who was so “agitated” he was shaking.

Alex referenced a Phoenix Federal Bureau of Investigation flyer, created during Clinton’s reign, “asking the recipients to help them fight domestic terrorism,” according to Angel Shamaya, writing for the Keep and Bear Arms website. 

The putatively “anti-terrorism” flyer was created by the FBI and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office as part of “a disinformation campaign to paint at least a few groups of Real Americans as domestic terrorists.” According to the flyer, if recipients encounter “defenders of the US Constitution against [the] federal government and the UN,” they are to contact the FBI’s the Joint Terrorism Task Force immediately. Apparently, people who make “numerous references to the US Constitution” and attempt “to police the police” are to be considered terrorists, according to the FBI.

“According to Terry Chapman of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office — whose name is on the flyer as the MCSO contact — the FBI created the flyer and printed the MCSO [Maricopa County Sheriff's Office] and Attorney’s Office before the text was approved. He said it was created as a full color brochure to hand out to officers, not for the general public — and that as soon as he saw it, he urged them not to use it, knowing it had some problems,” writes Shamaya.

As an example of how the police are now trained to consider constitutionalists dangerous terrorists or at least common criminals, consider the case of Abby Newman, a Virginia woman who refused to show her driver’s license to a state trooper at an illegal traffic checkpoint. 

Newman did not give the police permission to search her car and thus violate her Fourth Amendment right and when they did the cops discovered a pocket Constitution. 

So brainwashed an ignorant were the cops, they had a discussion on the legality of the pocket Constitution, labeling it “contraband,” and unsure if they should arrest Newman for possessing the book.

“Abby Newman was arrested for not showing ID in August 2000 and fell victim to an illegal vehicle search in which police found items of subversive literature, including a ‘pocket Constitution,’” writeAaron Dykes and Alex Jones. “One officer asked the other ‘Is this legal?,” an “[e]gregious misinterpretation and abuse perpetrated by the very members of society supposedly in place to guarantee our freedoms.”

As an example of how the police are now trained to consider constitutionalists dangerous terrorists or at least common criminals, consider the case of Abby Newman, a Virginia woman who refused to show her driver’s license to a state trooper at an illegal traffic checkpoint. 

Newman did not give the police permission to search her car and thus violate her Fourth Amendment right and when they did the cops discovered a pocket Constitution. 

So brainwashed an ignorant were the cops, they had a discussion on the legality of the pocket Constitution, labeling it “contraband,” and unsure if they should arrest Newman for possessing the book.

“Abby Newman was arrested for not showing ID in August 2000 and fell victim to an illegal vehicle search in which police found items of subversive literature, including a ‘pocket Constitution,’” writeAaron Dykes and Alex Jones. “One officer asked the other ‘Is this legal?,” an “[e]gregious misinterpretation and abuse perpetrated by the very members of society supposedly in place to guarantee our freedoms.”
