Russian military claim US sent HAARP frequencies to Crimean Peninsula

March 1, 2014  11:43 PM EST -- (TRN) -- A significant earthquake has struck the Crimean peninsula in the Ukraine within the last hour and Russian military sources are claiming it was a deliberate attack by the United States using it's HAARP array in Alaska, in retaliation for Russia placing troops into the Ukraine.

According to sources on the scene, Russian military surveillance detected INTENSE bursts of electromagnetic long-waves prior to the earthquake.  They say the bursts were specifically timed and repetitive in nature, which caused a resonance in the ground, triggering the earthquake.

They claim this was a deliberate attack by the United States and are using frightening language to describe it.  One spokesman said bluntly "The earthquake in Crimea was caused by the use of a weapon of mass destruction by the United States against the Russian Army."

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is a U.S. Department of Defense research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Designed and built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT), its purpose was to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance. The HAARP program operates a major sub-arctic facility, named the HAARP Research Station, on an Air Force–owned site near Gakona, Alaska, as shown in the image below.

The main instrument at HAARP Station is the IonosphericResearch Instrument (IRI). This is a high power, high-frequency phased array radio transmitter with a set of 180antennas, disposed in an array of 12x15 units that occupy a rectangle of about 33 acres (13 hectares). The IRI is used to temporarily energize a small portion of theionosphere.

The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the Ionosphere. Other instruments, such as a VHF and a UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde (an ionospheric sounding device), and an induction magnetometer, are used to study the physical processes that occur in the excited region.

The HAARP project directs a 3.6 MegaWatt signal, in the 2.8–10 MHz region of the HF (high-frequency) band, into the ionosphere. The signal may be pulsed or continuous. Then, effects of the transmission and any recovery period can be examined using associated instrumentation, including VHF and UHF radars, HF receivers, and optical cameras. According to the HAARP team, this will advance the study of basic natural processes that occur in the ionosphere under the natural but much stronger influence of solar interaction, and how the natural ionosphere affects radio signals.  The antenna array necessary to accommodate this enormous power is shown in the close-up photo below. The IRI can transmit in continuous waves (CW) or in pulses as short as 10 microseconds (µs). CW transmission is generally used for ionospheric modification, while transmission in short pulses frequently repeated is used as a radar system.

HAARP is the subject of numerous conspiracy theories. Various individuals have speculated hidden motives and capabilities to the project, and have blamed it for triggering catastrophes such as floods, droughts, hurricanes, thunderstorms, earthquakes in Iran, Pakistan, Haiti and the Philippines, major power outages, the downing of TWA Flight 800, Gulf War syndrome, and chronic fatigue syndrome.

A Russian military journal wrote that ionospheric testing would "trigger a cascade of electrons that could flip earth's magnetic poles".

The European Parliament and the Alaska state legislature held hearings about HAARP, the former citing "environmental concerns".

Nick Begich Jr., the son of former U.S. Representative Nick Begich and author of "Angels Don't Play This HAARP," has claimed thatHAARP could trigger earthquakes and turn the upper atmosphere into a giant lens so that "the sky would literally appear to burn"

The United States has not responded to the Russian accusation made in connection with the Crimean earthquake but the implications of the Russian accusation are frightening:  If Russia believes - or can prove- that a U.S. Defense Department project was used to cause an earthquake, then Russia may choose to deem the event a "first strike" with a "weapon of mass destruction."  Such a determination by Russia could then be the basis for Russia to respond to the first strike with a strike of their own, with a weapon of mass destruction of their own.

-MY PERSONAL COMMENTS-

I almost fell over laughing cynically when I read this one. Why? Because of Russia's sheer hypocrisy as they charge the US military with doing something that Russia's military has been doing covertly to America regularly.

When I was an employee at Yellowstone National Park in Montana several years ago. I remember being handed a sheet of paper on which a warning notice was printed. I was fascinated and disturbed as I slowly read it.

The notice was for all employees and stated that employees were being alerted to the fact that PROJECT HAARP ELF frequencies were being deliberately beamed into the YNP region, 24/7. 

The notice then went on to state that THE HAARP FREQUENCIES BOMBARDING YNP WERE COMING FROM RUSSIA.

While many employees simply didn't comprehend the message and tossed it into the trashcan, I understood this perfectly.

I had already researched the subject of PROJECT HAARP and ELF frequencies and DEW (directed energy weapons.) I knew what they could do. 

When ELF frequencies are beamed into the ATMOSPHERE, they can be used to alter weather patterns, creating storms, etc. 

But when they are beamed into the GROUND, they tend to SOFTEN ROCK and CREATE EARTHQUAKES! Oh, really....

I realized instantly what this all meant. Russian was apparently attempting to prematurely trigger the Yellowstone Super Volcano and artificially manipulate this caldera volcano into erupting! 

And when THIS baby erupts, all hell will break loose throughout the North American continent, and eventually all over the world because of the sheer volume of ash it will spew into the atmosphere, creating global cooling worldwide and hindering crop growth worldwide...among other things.

Every living thing within a 600 mile radius will DIE from deadly gases and superheated plumes of hot toxic air racing at high speed as the volcano erupts. Well known American landmarks like Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Bozeman, Montana, will all be destroyed by this volcano's fury.

So cut the hypocrisy, Russia! You're military has been doing this to North America for a long time. And just maybe, what GOES around, COMES around, eh? Even the Bible states that whatsoever a person sows (plants) that shall he also reap. 

But then again, America has been sowing alot of wild oats throughout the world as well lately...and perhaps her hour of judgment is closer than we think.

In the final analysis, the only solution to this crisis and all others, is for mankind to REPENT of their wicked ways, and receive SALVATION through God's own Son, Jesus Christ.

Because quite obviously, America and the rest of the world trying to make it WITHOUT God and Jesus Christ at the helm, has turned into a NWO nightmare.

With the crisis escalating between Russian and America over the tense situation in the Ukraine and Crimea, a new and deadly danger is emerging against the American people.

Previously throughout the years, Russian and Slavic troops have been quietly brought into North America (including Canada and Alaska) to allegedly assist the traitorous elements of the US government that support a NWO agenda for America.

Many reports have surfaced throughout the years regarding the presence of the Russian and other foreign troops brought to North America. Military and Pentagon insiders have previously exposed the real reasons behind the foreign troops in America today.

Russian special forces, or SPETSNAZ, are among the most deadly and dangerous military forces in the world. They are also the most heartless and cruel, killing without mercy men, women, and children. The former horrors of the Russian invasion of Afghanistan help to make this abundantly clear.

Even more recently, websites such as Steve Quayle's have confirmed the presence of the Russian military forces in America here to fight against Americans under martial law...and to KILL them.

I have reported for many years on the Russian military presence here in America, entenched for the hour of martial law. In one previous report, I shared the following information:

A Russian Christian contact who was translating my reports into Russia and then sending them out to Russian churches in America, told me one day something shocking.

"Pamela, the Russian spies here in Spokane are bragging to our Russian Christian people." 

I asked her what they were saying. Olga replied, 

" They are saying, 'Ha! Stupid Americans! As life WAS in Russia, so shall it soon be IN AMERICA!'"

Very revealing indeed...but not totally surprising!

With military tensions escalating rapidly between Russia and America at this time, the question must be asked by every American:

What kind of threat do these Russian military forces entrenched across America NOW POSE FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE???

And exactly WHO do they take their orders from now? Don't Russian soldiers take their orders from Putin and Moscow???

And if from Putin, then do they not present a threat to the safety and well-being of the American people at this time???

Think about this.

FORGET about waiting for a formal declaration of MARTIAL LAW for the Russian troops in America to attack Americans. These Russian foreign military troops present a direct threat to the well-being of the America people NOW, due to escalating tensions and crises unfolding between Russia and America.

Simply consider who these Russian Special Forces were sent by, and from whom they ultimately take their orders. And right now, it is certainly not Barack Obama, as he squares off against Putin! Is Putin mad at America  now? You bet!

Another urgent question must be asked:

 As America faces the prospects of war with a powerful and deadly enemy, is THIS a proper time for Americans to be meekly turning in legal assault weapons and other protective firearms, leaving Americans defenseless in the face of potential WAR,and facing danger from the enemies entrenched within???

Every honest American with common sense should know the answer to this question. Of course not.  Even DHS (Homeland Security) just purchased over a BILLION more bullets! I guess they knew through intelligence sources that this was coming all along...

And anyone trying to confiscate weapons of self-defense from the American people, as we face the ugly specter of WAR, becomes a traitor to this nation and her people. And history tells us that most traitors eventually get rounded up and hung by the very people they betrayed...

This is a time to "lock and load," to stock up on ammunition, food and medical/emergency supplies, and to keep prepping until you can't do any more.

And to fall upon your knees in prayer and repentance, realizing you don't stand a chance of emerging victorious without the power of the Living God on your side. 

Receive Jesus Christ now, and get right with God while you can. The will BE no "second chance" when a thermonuclear weapon detonates in your neighborhood! 

Or if a Russian sniper gets you first...

Become aware of the enemy entrenched within our gates. Don't become just more more victim.

Well, America...looks like the "conspiracy theory wackos" were right all along. How many of you scoffers are now going to get "caught with your pants down", as they say, and are sadly unprepared to face the coming crises???

And for all Christians who engage in "RAPTURE timing" speculation, I have yet to  see a "quicky rapture" taking Christians out of the worldwide persecution and crises. No rapture came for the Christians in Syria or Egypt as they came under severe testing in their countries recently. Nor for the Christians recently executed publicly in North Korea.

And the list goes on of Christians suffering and martyred for their faith worldwide in recent times, who quite evidently were not "raptured out" of their trial of faith, which the Bible declares is" more precious than gold."

Of course, every Christian who studies their Bible knows that we are living " in the last days" in general. And we all know is coming is relatively "soon". But HOW soon? Nowhere in the Bible does it ever say that "Jesus Christ will come when WHEN WE WANT HIM TO." 

In fact, Jesus teaches us just the opposite in His word. "The time is coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, but you will not see it.".
(Luke 17:22) 

Persecution and suffering causes Christians to long for the day of His return! But nevertheless, He will not return until the Father says IT IS TIME!

Jesus Christ will return to this world when the Father says it is time. Not even Jesus know the day nor the hour, but the Father only. 

And just maybe the Christians in North America will have to suffer for their faith for a season, even as millions of Christians have been suffering all across the globe in these end times. 

Jesus declared in Matthew 24 that immediately before His return, ALL NATIONS would hate the Christians and persecute them, even putting the to death worldwide. And "all nations" must include NORTH AMERICA, or the Son of God would then be a liar. 

But because HIS WORD IS TRUE, Christians in North America will experience their  season of trials of faith and fiery testing, even martyrdom, before He comes for His own. And I hope the "rapture crowd" is prepared.

NOW is the time to become aware of the potential dangers from WITHIN and WITHOUT that Americans face at this volatile time, and to prepare accordingly.

VISION ALERT! Seeing Russian Military TWO Nights Now....

After much prayer and pondering my strange dreams/visions Saturday and Sunday night, I finally decided to publish them. For me, to have even one graphic vision is a special event. But to have TWO, one night after the other regarding the same subject, is of special significance for me.

I rarely dream. And I rarely have visions. I do not understand fully why. God's giftings in my life are found in other areas of ministry.That is why a vision inspired by the Holy Spirit is of great significance to me. The Bible speaks of the Holy Spirit giving God's people visions and dreams. Jesus declared that He would also show God's people things to come as well.

And this is why I finally decided to publish them for my readers.

Many of us have been following alarming alternative news reports since September 2013 regarding revelations of potential black ops that could lead up to martial law by mid December. Some reports indicated that Russian military may be heavily used in this as well.

All this past summer, reports have come in from all across America about eye-witness sightings of foreign troops being flown in to various military bases and placed under the auspices of the US Army or DHS.

Foreign troops have been sighted repeatedly that were reportedly delivering heavy armored vehicles to various police stations across America. When Americans encountered them and spoke to some, they got the impression that these foreign troops had Slavic or Russian accents.

I have long reported throughout the years of my investigative journalism, that RUSSIAN TROOPS will be used heavily to subdue the American freedom fighters ("NWO resisters") in North America under martial law.

One previous report described how Russian spies were bragging to Russian Christians in Spokane, Washington. My contacts informed me that the spies were making arrogant statements such as, "Ha! Stupid Americans! As life WAS in RUSSIA, so shall it soon be in AMERICA".

As I slowly awakened Sunday morning (12/01/2013), the vivid vision I had received that previous night remained clearly impressed on my memory. And I knew I was in the Holy Spirit at that time as well.

John the Apostle wrote about "being in the Spirit on the Lord's Day (Sunday)" when he received his revelation that later formed the basis for the Book of Revelation. He described the things he both saw and heard while "in the spirit."

Sunday morning, I clearly remembered everything I had both seen and heard in the spirit that night.

This strange vision began with hearing the words that the Russian government and military was demanding my execution. I was to be terminated. This did not surprise me in the least. I have worked with Russians for years in Christian outreach, and I have combated Communism through my Christian outreach, prayers and through distributing Russian Bibles for the Slavic peoples.

I know well what Communists do to uncompromised Christians in every nation they take over. I used to write letters of encouragement in Russian to Christian prisoners of conscience in the gulags and labor camps. Russian Christian publications gave me their names and mailing addresses. Russian Christians shared with me about how they were persecuted, imprisoned, and how many were martyred as well under Communism. 

Persecution of Christians from Communists is to be expected. And Christians must be willing to take the risks to continue in evangelism and outreach, regardless of the cost from others. Nothing can be permitted to stop Christian outreach and the testimony of Jesus from reaching the lost.

I even turned in the name of one high ranking Russian KGB/FSB to the US intelligence community during those years, who was involved in espionage here in America, according to my Russian contacts and a fellow journalist from Moscow that I worked with later in Christian outreach to Russians. She warned me about this man who had infiltrated our Russian Christian retreat as I worked there one summer, and shared a newspaper clipping from Moscow sent to her by her sister, that fully exposed this man as a high ranking KGB official.

I am quite confident that people like Putin and Medvedev do not like my brand of Christian/American freedom-fighter journalism and exposing the roles of the Russians in coming martial law. And I am certain that once the takeover under martial law commences, the NWO forces will certainly seek my demise. This is to be expected, unfortunately. However, nothing will happen to me until God Himself is ready to take me home for His glory.

(In fact, I was told by Pentagon source Al Cuppett, that many of the American names on FEMA'S red/blue list to be picked up and executed under martial law, were directly dictated to America from THE KREMLIN in Moscow via Russia's INTERFAX. In other words, the Russian government has already been secretly demanding the death of certain Americans. This does not surprise me at all.)

Following hearing the words that the Russian government wanted me executed, I immediately saw myself in captivity under the supervision of a young Russian military man. He wore glasses of a very European type and not American design.  In this vision, I was shown that he had been involved in Russian espionage regarding monitoring me and tracking me, and somehow I was now a captive under his supervision.

He spoke English slowly with a decided accent, I noted as as I listened to him. He did not appear to be of Russian nationality, but rather someone from a former Eastern Bloc nation, or Lithuania perhaps, but working for the Russian military nonetheless. He was a very quiet young man, I observed.

He was fully aware of the fact that I was to be executed. But God showed me his heart, that it was not really in this at all. He was more the kind of military man who was simply following the orders of his superiors, even if he did not like what he was assigned to do. And as the vision progressed, God revealed that in fact he was quietly doing what he could to put off this execution. He realized that I was not the true terrorist or criminal, but rather a prisoner of conscience for my faith in Jesus Christ.

He explained to me that he had to perform certain assignments regarding me, making it appear as if he was obeying his superiors, BUT in fact all the while trying to protect me from harm.

Nothing can defeat the power of the Word of God.

Throughout this vision I was continually sharing my faith in Jesus with him, and could feel the love of God pulling on his heart. It was at this point that the vision ended and I awoke.

I was then reminded that morning of the true life accounts of Richard Wurmbrand and how he witnessed to the Russian military communists when they took over in Romania. Often the Russian military were very open to the Gospel and thankfully received Russian Bibles he distributed to them.

I have dozens of Russian Bibles to actually attempt to hand out to Russian troops as I encounter them in America some day. 

Do you want to know the most powerful way to combat the darkness of globalism, their NWO, or Communism? Simply present the Word of God to those deceived by the lies of Communism, and then watch them come out of the darkness into the glorious light of God's eternal truth. This is why Communist countries hate the Christian Bible! The Bible is able to destroy every lie that Communism is built upon.

Throughout my years of sharing the Word of God with Russians and their children, I have seen the power of God come into their lives repeatedly through THE WORD OF GOD and Jesus Christ.

All Sunday I pondered the meaning of this vision, and prayed for God to show me more. And He did.


I awoke this morning (Monday, 12/02/2013)) with another vision fresh in my memory. The pictures were very graphic in this vision. I clearly saw Russian troops seated in a military troop carrier, fully poised to jump out and go into battle. This was very evident. It was as if either war or martial law WAS IMMINENT.

And again, I heard myself speaking in Russian to these men, telling them about salvation through Jesus Christ. I then saw in this vision a higher ranking officer who wanted to hear everything I said. A miracle happened when I prayed for him, and he was very excited and deeply moved and knew at last that God was real. I saw the joy on his face!

And then, this vision ended as well.

How very strange! However, if I am to believe what the Bible says about the Holy Spirit, that He will show us things to come prophetically, then I must conclude from these two visions that events may be close at hand in America for everything to take place regarding martial law and the foreign troops who will be involved in enforcing it. And RUSSIAN troops as well.

I am spending much time now praying about this.

Having studied this subject of MARTIAL LAW AND THE NEW WORLD ORDER AGENDA for America, nothing will surprise me at this point. Nothing. I have known this was  coming eventually for a long time. I have known America is living on borrowed time, and only the grace and mercy of God has held it back for this long.

And I have certainly known that someday, my testimony of Jesus Christ to this generation will cost my life in the end. But is this a bad thing? To lay down one's life for the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ? And to die for Him Who died for US??? To glorify God whether in life, or in death...how can this be a tragedy??? "For me, to LIVE is Christ, and to DIE is gain," declared the Apostle Paul.

What has Jesus done for YOU???
Think about it!
How then could you ever deny Him?

Think about all the wonderful things Jesus has done for you throughout your life. Think about all He has promised us in heaven for all eternity. Realize that without Him, you have NOTHING. And that includes your salvation as well. To die with Christ means to gain EVERYTHING in eternity.

But to DENY Him to save your mortal life means losing EVERYTHING forever, including your eternal soul. Because without Him, you simply have NO SALVATION, PERIOD. By your words you invited Jesus into your heart to become your Lord and Savior. And with your words you can also become guilty of that unforgivable sin of denying Him before men, and losing it all.

As Jesus warns us, "For BY YOUR WORDS you shall be justified, and BY YOUR WORDS you shall be condemned." It is as simple as that. The only people who will inherit eternal life, are those who faithfully live by the rule book, and that book is called THE BIBLE, containing the words of life of Jesus Christ. And according to His eternal rule book, we must be FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH if we are to inherit eternal life. There can be no other way.

The legacy of CHRISTIAN MARTYRS endures throughout the ages.

Many Christians throughout North America will be called upon to give their lives for the glorious testimony of Jesus Christ under martial law. Many will be deliberately tempted to deny Jesus and join instead the Communist NWO...or die. But for the true born-again child of God, there can be but one firm answer: "Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, and I will never deny Him!"

Christians, are we really living for the "world to come," or for THIS fleeting world instead??? Are we laying up true treasures in Heaven by our lifestyles? Are we judging our actions daily by the Word of God? And are we following faithfully in the footsteps of our Savior, Jesus Christ???

For the true disciple of Jesus Christ, facing martyrdom for His sake holds no lasting fears or torments. Because we know what lies BEYOND........

Well, time will certainly tell about these two visions and their full meaning. I am still asking the Holy Spirit to reveal to me what they are truly all about.

But I thought them worthy of sharing with my readers at this time, due to their timely content.

I AM IN GATLINBURG EVERY WEEK. STEVE AND HAWK, THE ENTIRE TOWN OF GATLINBURG HAS A VERY LARGE POPULATION OF YOUNG RUSSIAN and UKRAINIAN PEOPLE WORKING IN RESTAURANTS AND STORES IN THE GATLINBURG AREA. I SEE THEM EVERY WEEK, THEY ARE RATHER RUDE AND CURT AND KEEP TO THEMSELVES.

THEY SEEM TO BE IN POSITIONS OF MANAGEMENT.

Gatlinburg is a huge tourist attraction region  in Tennessee

ALMOST EVERY DAY ,WE HERE IN HAYWOOD COUNTY HAVE LOW FLYING C 130 CARGO TRANSPORT PLANES FLYING DIRECTLY OVER LAKE JUNALUSKA HEADED NORTH EAST. THERE ARE ALSO APACHE HELICOPTERS.

HAWK AND STEVE, I BELIEVE THAT THESE TROOPS ARE BEING AIR LIFTED INTO A REMOTE AREA OF THE SMOKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL FOREST IN THE UPPER N.E. QUADRANT OF THE PARK.

I TALKED WITH A US PARK RANGER WHO SAID HE HAD BEEN A RANGER FOR 28 YEARS AND HAD NEVER BEEN THROUGH THIS DESOLATE AREA. I INCLUDED A MAP FOR YOU HERE:

ONE OF THE POSSIBLE AREAS THESE TROOPS ARE AT IS OFF THE APPALACHIAN TRAIL IN THE MT. STERLING BALSAM MTN RANGE. ANOTHER MASSIVE REMOTE AREA IS IN THE LOWER SOUTH WEST CORNER OF THE PARK JUST NORTH OF THE FONTANA DAM IN THE HIGH ROCKS AREA, BOTH THESE AREAS HAVE NO TRAILS IN OR OUT OF THEM AND SEASONED PARK OFFICIALS KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEM.

DR FORSTEN MUST KNOW SOMETHING, AS LOCAL HUNTERS ARE FREQUENTLY ESCORTED BY ARMED MEN WITH AUTOMATIC WEAPONS DRESSED IN CAMO OUT OF AN AREA IN HAYWOOD COUNTY CALLED SUNBURST OFF HIGHWAY 215 HEADED TOWARDS BREVARD, N.C.

ALSO, IT IS A WELL KNOWN FACT THAT A MASSIVE UNDERGROUND CITY EXISTS IN TRANSYLVANIA COUNTY THE NEXT COUNTY OVER FROM HAYWOOD IN THE LAKE TOXAWAY AREA. 

PEOPLE CAN'T EVEN GET CLOSE TO THIS INSTALLATION AND SOME HAVE DISAPPEARED TRYING.....

I want to clarify the fact that there are many fine Russian Christian families in this region. Churches in this area have been sponsoring Russian Christian families to leave Russia and to relocate in western North Carolina for the past 20 years. There are many fine Russian Churches here, and Russian Christians who are definitely NOT a part of the Russian military NWO agenda for America. 

However, it is inevitable that there are those Russian/Slavic people here for the hour of martial law, especially those detected to be flown in by C-130's and in military uniforms. Asheville natives have seen Russian military in their local mall, in fact. 

I am deeply concerned for the well-being of innocent Russian Christians who may be caught in the crossfire between the American Patriots and the Russian military who will be battling under martial law. But then, I am also concerned for my fellow Americans as well. This is all so needless, senseless and tragic. PLEASE PRAY AGAINST MARTIAL LAW IN AMERICA.-PRS

As I prepare to travel to the danger zone in NC to assist my brother, I want to thank all my readers who have helped me financially to cover travel expenses. I still need more support to obtain a small u-haul trailer to bring my possessions from a storage unit with me (clothes and food supplies). It is all I have in this world, and I doubt if I will ever return to this part of America again...especially if martial law comes down.
